Shipping Policy

  • Live fishes delivery is available All Over India(Except Monster Fishes)

  • Big kois, Oscars, Flowerhorn adult, Arowana, Parrot fish,Discuss,Peacock bass,Big Aquarium tanks can be delivered through train or bus(Customer has to PickUp)

  • Accessories and plants will be delivered all over India

  • Bettas can be delivered all over India.

  • Note: Depending on stock availability we will deliver your products. If The order stock is Ready, then 12 to 24 hours delivery or else 7 to 12 working days.

  • For pre-orders, we required 7-14 days.  

  • Door Delivery is available for Hyderabad and Bangalore Locations(Delivery Charges will be Extra)(Customer can contact our customer support no for door delivery Options)

  • Make sure to be present or allot some person at the delivery address to collect the fish safely and put them into tanks in time.

  • Make sure to collect the parcel within 2 hours from the railway station /bus stand once it reached the location, we are not responsible for your delay in collecting if any dead on arrival of fishes due to your delay refund cant be claimed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund and Cancellation policy /Terms & Conditions 

We normally have only a 5% chance of death during shipping.

All claims/death on arrival are to be reported with photos on the same day of shipment without opening oxygen-packed covers.

Report immediately for customer care numbers with the below details.

  • Order No with a short explanation.  

  • No fish/plants/item defective.

  • Photo of dead fish/damaged Aquarium.

1. Fishy kart would bear 100% of the cost of the fish died/damaged during shipping time.

2.No dead on arrival claim request will be entertained after 8 hours after delivery(Video and photo proof must and should without opening oxygen packed covers).

3. In case of Fish is sick or quarantined, we will postpone the delivery and will inform you before about it.

4. All rates mentioned on the website are for single fish/per item or per kg.

5. Cancellation/Refund requests for the dispatched or processed orders will not be entertained. Once processed if any delay means customer need to understand the suituation and wait or change  to any other available items.

Still Customer required refund for processed orders we ill do refunds with management approval and it will take 45 to 60 days as we processed and getting stock becoz of you. No immediate refund for this kind of cancellations.

6. Refund period - after approval 15-21 days 

7. Refund will be provided to the original payment mode
