We cover 100% of the cost for fish deaths during shipping. No claims are accepted after 8 hours post-delivery without video and photo proof. Cancellation/refund requests for processed orders are subject to management approval and may take 45 to 60 days for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We deliver live fishes, accessories, and plants across India (excluding monster fishes) and offer local pickup for big aquarium tanks. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability, ranging from 12 to 24 hours for ready stock and 7 to 12 working days for others.
